The variability of the movements combined with my affinity for a good challenge kept me hooked. Along the way, I fell in love with Olympic Lifting, dedicating myself to mastering the technique and nuances of this discipline. In October 2022, I achieved my USA Weightlifting (USAW) Level 1 certification, expanding my knowledge in Olympic Lifting and my ability to teach others the intricacies of the sport.</image:caption>

Though I love to push weights; I also enjoy a good game on the field as well as being home.  Im very friendly, outgoing, and love family and friends time. Im not only just a CrossFit coach, but I’m very supportive and motivating. I Enjoy helping out others in their fitness journey, and makes sure that they don't give up.</image:caption>

She is an NSCA certified strength and conditioning coach as well as a USA powerlifting club coach. She is the current NJ State record holder for bench press in the 46kg weight class and placed second in the 2023 USAPL NJ State Championship.   Caroline has coached dozens of in-person and virtual clients of varying abilities to achieve their physique and performance goals.</image:caption>
