These programs were designed with a specific objective in mind.
They are not for beginner or well rounded CrossFitters. These programs are for experienced athletes who severely lack in one aspect of their fitness and want to fix them in order to improve their fitness.
These programs are volume intensive and should not be supplemental to your current programming. If you decide to utilize these programs we recommend to cut your metcons to 2-3 per week to account for the extra volume.
However, in doing so you will be able to conquer your weaknesses and improve your fitness in a faster manner.
