I came to CrossFit in 2017 and quickly became a big fan. I loved the community, the dedication to mastering technique, and the routine that CrossFit gave me. I knew immediately that I wanted to coach and worked hard at acquiring new skills.
Coaching allows me to give to others what CrossFit gave to me - a love for sport, a challenge to constantly aspire to, and a means to achieving fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
I hold CrossFit Level 1 and USAW Level 1 certifications and hope to inspire others to become better, stronger versions of themselves every day.

Growing Up in Edison I played Football and Baseball all he way through high school and went on to play Fullback on the Football team for Hampton University.
I love helping people challenge and improve themselves, I am motivated to help others. I love the competitive nerve that CrossFit inserts into fitness. It makes it fun and exciting.

I’ve followed Crossfit as a sport since 2010 for years before actually training in it. I did it on and off since 2017, but after deciding to take my health seriously, I joined Monarch in 2023. I traded solo weightlifting and pickleball for awesome programming, community, and growth that’s kept me hooked ever since.
I have a big appreciation for coaching because of my education background. I love CrossFit because it forces you to face difficulties that most (especially me) would never tackle on their own. It’s easy to forget how abnormal Crossfit training can be, but I think that’s what makes it so special. There's growth in doing something you know will be very difficult.
Although I still have a hate-hate relationship with cardio.
