I started CrossFit 8 years ago when looking for a new hobby that would make me fit. I became obsessed with slowly improving my skills and building strength. The variability of the movements combined with my affinity for a good challenge kept me hooked.
Along the way, I fell in love with Olympic Lifting, dedicating myself to mastering the technique and nuances of this discipline. In October 2022, I achieved my USA Weightlifting (USAW) Level 1 certification, expanding my knowledge in Olympic Lifting and my ability to teach others the intricacies of the sport.

I came to CrossFit in 2017 and quickly became a big fan. I loved the community, the dedication to mastering technique, and the routine that CrossFit gave me. I knew immediately that I wanted to coach and worked hard at acquiring new skills.
Coaching allows me to give to others what CrossFit gave to me - a love for sport, a challenge to constantly aspire to, and a means to achieving fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
I hold CrossFit Level 1 and USAW Level 1 certifications and hope to inspire others to become better, stronger versions of themselves every day.

I started my fitness journey in 2008. I started as a gym-goer, and marathon runner, then became a certified bootcamp trainer, and eventually found my passion in CrossFit.
When not dominating the CrossFit box, I love to stay active by playing sports like softball, hiking and rugby, I also enjoy crafting. Though I love to push weights; I also enjoy a good game on the field as well as being home.
Im very friendly, outgoing, and love family and friends time. Im not only just a CrossFit coach, but I’m very supportive and motivating. I Enjoy helping out others in their fitness journey, and makes sure that they don't give up.

I’m a certified trainer through the National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA) who focuses on balance, not just in the gym but in life. Both for my own training and my clients', I aim to hit the full spectrum of training and recovery. I put an emphasis on hard training, control and proper form. After my shoulder injury, I realized that it’s crucial to bulletproof the body by training in a lengthened position: keeping it tight while pushing for a full range of motion is always the goal. My mission is to inspire individuals to start their fitness journey at any level, and work with them to find what works for their bodies and what we, together, can improve on. The key to achieving any fitness goal is consistency. It’s all relative, but there are some staples that need to be understood to avoid as many set backs as possible. Let’s continue to learn, train hard and have fun. As a strong proponent of diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility, I recently obtained my Certified Adaptive Personal Trainer (CAPT) certification to be able to train clients with physical and cognitive challenges.
