Monarch will provide coaches Block Reports at the end of each 4-week period which will summarize athletes training progression as well as key strengths and weaknesses observed within the block:
Nutrition
Sleep Quality
Stress Levels
Aches and Pains
This information can be used by coaches to host ad-hoc seminars on the importance of eating healthy or getting enough sleep for example. These insights will make for better coaches and better athletes.
