In the sport of CrossFit everyone has weaknesses and everyone wants to improve their fitness from day to day.  However this does not mean that Custom Programing is the way to go.

Some people are in a situation where a general program will help get them improve on their gymnastics, weightlifting and CrossFit abilities.  For some, unfortunately, might not able to afford custom programing.

The way I wrote these programs was to be used for beginners or as supplemental work for athletes who are doing the class WOD each day.  If you are an aspiring athlete who wants to put a little extra work in to improve their strength, olympic lifting or gymnastics, you can use the beginner template to supplement your training.
